Customer service training recommended for Cashier "Betty". RUDEST and INCOMPETENT employee ever. Dont go to Lowes after 7 on a Friday.. all the rejects work then. Not to mention shorthanded. I will never shop at this location again.
I would recommend to stay clear of this store! Ordered a few things online this weekend. One of the items was special ordered and the others were in stock items. Got notification that the items were ready for pickup so I head over to pick them up! Didn’t want to have to walk around Lowe’s during this time with pandemic to pick my items myself. This Lowe’s needs customer service training. Have spent a ton of money in the store finishing my basement. Went to return 20 electrical outlets valued at $.59 each and got treated like I was a thief trying to take a screw out of one of them, then I was returning a wire that the package said 25 ft and the women measured it and it was only 20 feet and you could see the cuts from the factory but Accused me Of stealing 5 feet, even though I explained I wanted to exchange it for 50 feet and pay more money. Well it looks like Lowe's is not the company it once was. I picked up lumber they had set aside for on line ordering and the would looks horrible - it's twisted, has paint on it and has so much mildew/mold I am almost afraid to pick it up. I sent them several emails with no response and I tried calling the store with no answer after about 15 or so rings.
