My Son in Philadelphia bought a new screen door for me via online Lowe's. I picked it up at Maize Rd. Lowe's with no problems. Got it home and realised it was the wrong size. I called the store and spoke to Eddy, over the door dept. he said bring it back, we will take care of it. So I brought it back, Eddy unloäded it, took me back to doors, I chose the correct size, Ēddy took me änd the door to Customer Service. well my husband and i orderd a front load washer and dryer it took 20min to get some help then when i called to see if it had arived i was on hold for over 20min befor anybody answerd the phone!!!! so i think thay need alot of help in there customer sevice i give a F go some where elce!!!!
