Complete and under garbage!!! Call the store and customer service picks up the phone and sits it on the counter can hear her checking out at least 3 customers and never picks the phone up. Call again after about 20 rings picks up ask me to hold and immediately puts me on hold. After about 8 mins of being on hold I hang up. We got estimates from Lowe's and a few other places for granite countertops. Lowe's price was considerably lower than the rest so we went back to talk to Nick Bowling at Lowe's just to make sure that the price they quoted us was correct. He assured us that it was, but when it came time to install the countertops, we found out that they had made a mistake because they didn't include one of our countertops.
