Great selection of plants!
Tried calling several times to get an update on a delay to my order. Of the 5 times I called only twice was I able to get through the digital prompt. The first time I got a representative that put me on hold then hung up after having me on hold for a few minutes. The second time I was sent straight to a hold line that disconnected after 10 minutes. Still don't have an update on my order that was supposed to be ready for pick up yesterday after trying to talk to someone for almost the last 30 minutes.
The store manager, Nick Burnley is the worst one yet. He is absolutely rude and degrading towards women that he works with in this location- as well as customers. Absolutely shameful to say he’s the store manager of a corporation such as Lowe’s. Y’all are going to comment in return and ask me to call during open hours to hear my experience out- I just don’t have the time of day to call, when I can review the place and notify Local and know it’s acknowledged rather than let go, and continued to let this store run this way — I... read more
Have what I need but the customer service at the self checkouts has got to get it together. If I say I don't need your help when offered then stand away, not hover 2 feet away and then jump in and take over. I go to that lane to do it myself, not to have you do it for me. And frankly it's just disrespectful and rude to ignore a customer's request
