Purchased multiple bags of mulch and was told that someone would help me load my car. NO ONE showed up and there there at least four employees in the garden area just walking around. I loaded my own car. So thanks for your wonderful customer service. NOT!! :( PS... your cashier was not to friendly either. :(
I like Lowes but, I am tired of seeing this review request in my news feed...
Ordered a $700 Bosch dishwasher on Sept 21st. Was to be at their store on Oct. 8th and installed on the 9th...No call No show on the 9th. Called and was given a dat of Oct. 13, guess what NO DISHWASHER. I ws told it was sent on a truck to CONNETICUT...WTF really. No one can tell me when it was coming. Went to Home Depot spent $3250 on a fridge and it was deliverd in 3day with out a hitch....Im guessing I will end up there for the diswasher...poor service....nothing but excuses..
If you actually want to have your appliances delivered after you purchase them DON'T go to Lowes! I have never had so many problems with delivery or customer service. Home Depot is the only place I will get my appliances from now on.
