LOWE'S IS A WASTE OF TIME 6/12/20 I Went to the Canton store and purchased a dishwasher and install for $626.99. Due by the end of July, installer to call to arrange a date to put it in. End of July comes and I phone on a Friday the 31st to ask when it will be installed. Salesman to do research and call me Monday with info. No Call. In the meantime the Lowe's card bill comes in and I pay it with a check. Today 8/5/20 I make several calls about the dishwasher. the employees are dumber than anything. I try and do a dilivery, first they couldnt look up my lowes credit card and couldnt figure it out. then when I try to get yard supply stuff delivered and I'm ok if there will be a long wait time. they just couldnt do it. but when I go to other lowes and they can. .. so this lowes literally dont know what they are doing. and I will be filling a case with corporate

Lowe’s doesn’t stand behind their warranties. I’ve gotten the runaround for days, as the glass on my patio sliding door spontaneously spidered one day, and the next day the glass completely fell out. Fortunately my 4 year old grandson was away for the weekend, as it is the only exit to the backyard. After 4 days, and getting 4 different stories, they say it’s not covered. Purchased new kitchen appliances (5 pieces) about 3 weeks ago in store. Everything was supposed to be delivered last Monday. The delivery service called last Sunday night to confirm delivery. Monday morning only 2 pieces were delivered and the other pieces were supposed to be delivered today (Saturday), Delivery service called last night with delivery window of 12:00-4:00. Still no delivery as of 8:00. Very unprofessional and unreliable service. Called Lowes and received no explanation from them. Definitely would not recomme... read more
