This store has the WORST customer service. I ordered two kitchen cabinets days ago. I called to check to see when they may be in and of course NOBODY has any freaking idea what their doing. Then I get transferred and nobody is ever available. Customer Service comes back on and says they're not picking up do you want to leave a message. NO I DON"T WANT TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. I want to know what the status of my order is.
I love the store and since I work there I really love the store. people can bring their dogs any size and walk them around in the store while they shop. I think his is a great idea from Bobby our store manager. I love working with the public and it gives great satisfaction when you help the customer and you make them smile
Ron in appliances is awesome!!! Helping us, making sure they have a refrigerator in stock so we can have delivery the next day when our only 1 year old refrigerator totally quit on us! Thank you for your awesome customer service, Ron!!!!
I love taking my children to the kids clinics that Lowes does for the kids. I think they love it as much as I love taking them. My only problem is I cannot find where I can register them or find information out on when they are having the clinics. If someone can help me with this I would love it.
Still giving 5 stars even though my appliances were delayed, because the team who helped me was so awesome. Shout-out to Ron in Appliances who helped make sure I had the additional hoses, cords, etc. that I needed (which weren't made apparent when I ordered the washer/dryer & refrigerator online!), and Kirby and Paul in delivery - possibly the happiest delivery team I've ever worked with. They were outstanding and made the experience so much easier. Thank you!!
We were treated very poorly by an employee before even walking in the door. Customer service is very poor!
