Still waiting for customer care to return my call in 15 minutes. That was 26 hours ago. Now I was disconnected holding for an hour. Guess customer care- doesn't care.
I will never use Lowes again- worst experience ever. We ordered carpet mid June being told it would be installed within three weeks which was perfect since we just moved into our home. It was installed last week. The install went great except they damaged my freshly painted walls- I am being told that "light" damage is normal. Not sure who signs up to have carpet installed knowing their walls will be damaged?! And it is definitely not "light" damage. The top part of our walls have marks all over them! I ordered 3 Pella windows March 31st 2017. One was installed June 12th, the other 2 were wrong. Guess I'll be waiting another 10 weeks. Whatever happened to customer service?
I really think it's bad how Lowe's is forcing all the good employees to quit or firing the good employees. My opinion is that Lowe's will soon be like Home Depot and you won't be able to get any help because all the young new hires will be to worried about talking. Lowe's is going to loose customers really fast.
