you plumbing Partman sucks I went there to ask a question about a Fossett and two people said they have no clue as the guy coming down the aisle on the big motorized lift of course no one else knows anything either here in plumbing department sucks I'm going to Home Depot

Poor customer service. Appliance delivery Friday. Had to call Thursday for time window. Supposed to be 8-12. Called again at 12:30. Truck had to go back to store for reload. New window 1-5. Called at 5:20. Truck broke down so delivery won't be until Saturday now with rental truck. But can't give me a delivery time. Aggravating and disappointing.
Always a good place to buy things for the house. Great customer service. Always honoring 10% discount for vets n the military. And 'My Lowes' is an excellent means to keep track of one's purchases. No longer necessary to keep receipts as it is all in one's file.
Delivery set between 1 and 4 today Saturday 9/10 for my assembled Webber grill. Thought that was a rather large delivery window but accepted it. At 4:30 get a phone call that they were still about another 45 minutes from the house. When they arrive the guys are nice enough but the front of the grill has scratches on the door. Only option was to have them return the grill and get another one back to me at some point, or take 10% off. I took the 10% because I did not want to waste another day waiting for a delivery. Ordered 14 bags of mulch, 5-50 lb. bags of soil on the internet site. Had it all delivered this morning. The driver Darrel, went out of his way to deliver and unload it all on to my patio, exactly where I wanted it. Thank you
