The worst service ever for cabinets. Spent 40,000.00 in May. Still not installed. No one calls, no one cares. Never , ever, ever use them. Supposed to be installed September 11th. Wrong and damaged cabinets, terrible install sub contractor. Here we are. November 15th. Waiting on Lowe’s. Should be moved in!!!!!!!
The worst customer service ever! We will no longer shop with this retailer! Home Depot will no be our go to place! 3 phone calls to the Lowe's Customer care for complaint, up next is the Better Business Bureau! Worst company ever!
Treated much better here than at Home Depot! Glad to be in a clean well managed store thank you everyone helping me with my Refrigerator Stove Dishwasher microwave washer dryer and other odd stuff that we needed! Home Depot refused to look for a screw size and woman in lumber was a rude thing !
We went there to buy a lawnmower. Took over a half hour to get someone to load it on to a cart for us. The second sales associate was helpful. Home Depot seems to have better customer service. Next time, we'll go there first.
