I ordered a washer, dryer, and all of the accessories on June 16th. It was back ordered but set to deliver on June 29th. June 29th I call the delivery company at 10AM and they tell me it’s out for delivery, then the store called me at 2PM and they tell me they’ve taken the liberty of cancelling my delivery because the dryer is still back ordered until the end of July and they “figured I didn’t want the washer with no dryer.” The man on the phone tells me I can come in and get a different pair and get the credit forwarded or ... read more

We ordered a refrigerator on May 31st and it was to be delivered on June 20th and they could not pull it off! Despite confirming with them 4 times and despite them giving us automated updates all day, when we called at 7 PM they told us IT WAS NOT EVEN ON THE TRUCK FOR DELIVERY AND WAS BACKORDERED! These people are crooks!

our refrigerator broke down FRIDAY MAY14th 2020 and we went to Lowes to get a new one. we find out that Lowes does NOT have any in inventory. ok.... we are about to lose about 300.00 or more of food but..... They don't care. So we buy a frig for 1250. and was told to call in the morning Saturday. ok Lowes (Wildwood, Fl)called me first to say it could be a few days,or weeks before we get our refrigerator. Me: Are you kidding? Me: Cancel that order!!! Me: like what are people suppose to do? LOWES, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!
Their delivery service in Ocala, Fl is the worst I've experienced.
