If you need bolts grade 5 or 8, be prepared to organize the bins for them and pay way too much for the handful you locate after doing their job for them, people are nice and helpful, stock not so much.beautiful bins till you open them up.
Horrible service. Ordered a Stove and fridge from this store they picked up my old stuff and was supposed to bring me a new one on Friday after all day waiting and calling they tell him they don't know why it wasn't on the truck and they will have it Saturday morning and still never delivered my stove and fridge.
The animal shelter in Los Lunas, Valencia county could really use a new paint job inside. They are a rather poor shelter and lack the funds to do something like this. Would Lowe's be interested in donating some paint and accessories to help them out??
Are you aware that you currently have 100+ people in line for a Build and Grow clinic that should have started 20 minutes ago?
Very slow delivery of special order products. All they have to do is bring stuff from back to front of store and been waiting over 30 minutes....
Your store is very dark and always looks closed when it gets darker. I have driven by over 200 times in the last 2 years at sunset or later and the parking lot is empty. Your store hours are not visable from the parking lot and your store appears closed. Bad management choice. Please increase your sales by fixing the store dimness. Thank you.
