There's one employee that went way out of his way to help out, well every time I go in i look for him for help his always there thank u Dion Baca for the service u give and u make shopping there a joy thank u

Call the customer service desk ask if they had assistance for handicap people at the service desk she said no they didn't I ask if they could transfer to shop fax was on hold for over five minutes then somebody hung up on me
Absolutely HORRIFIC experience today. Numerous requests to obtain assistance with moving extremely large items to a vehicle were left unanswered and not one single employee was willing to help!! Unacceptable!!!!
Waited an hour just to get an AC unit that was pre ordered.
I have been going to this store for over 12 years. went tonight and the customer service that i got will be having me going to home depot for now on I asked for a price check and the person gave me a attitude like why are you bugging me went to the tool section and looked for 10 min for something did not find it went to ask some one and was told someone should be in tools i told them no one was there and he just stood there. Was at your store this afternoon making a purchase...I experienced the worst customer service I have almost ever seen in this city... The lady..(I think it was a lady)at the register was rude..I almost said something but refrained..Your Mgr's really need to stress customer service to their employees...Really sick and tired of this type of treatment..If there is a next time with this employee and this treatment a Mgr will be called immediately!!!!!
