Sunday afternoon 1st went to Alameda (westside) store and they were out of what we needed and suggested Paseo Store. Went there at 5:30 (with masks on) to be greeted by Ron, however no shopping carts. Ron, while on his cell phone, looked up and said they were “all out and to look inside”. Looked inside and there were none. Asked again. No one could help us find a cart, and we needed one for what we were going to buy. This correspondence is to register extremely poor service provided by your store located at 8411 South Holland Road, Chicago, IL 60620. On February 5, my husband and I spoke with salesperson, Retasha Darring, regarding the purchase of vertical blinds and the scheduling of an installer to visit our home to measure our windows. 2 days !! 2 different Lowe’s stores, spent well over 500$! And the WORST!!! Customer service I have ever experienced!! I am not one to voice my complaints! But this is ridiculous!! This will be the last time I shop at Lowes!
DO NOT EVER DO A KITCHEN REMODEL WITH LOWES! We started this process in February 2018 and it is mid August 2018 and still not finished. Lowe's and it's cabinet manufacturer Diamond has sent damaged and broken cabinets, the wrong color/stain of skin (for back of island cabinets), not enough crown molding and the wrong color of crown molding.
