I just want to give the Glenmont NY Lowes a little plug for helping a family in need today. The employees went above and beyond when we approached them about getting a discount on an item we wanted to give to this family by completely donating the item and helping us load it into our truck. I'm so totally frustrated with this Glenmont store right now. I purchased a garden tractor with 54" mower deck on Friday. It was delivered yesterday and I haven't been able to use it because it appears that no one connected the battery. I've called several times and all I get are vaguely phrased "We'll try to get there by Monday". The girl who works in the department actually told me to call the manufacturer to have them walk me through it!
