Well I went in because I saw an add on the TV for storage totes on sale. Once I got there I saw that all clearly marked "All in-stock Holiday Decor' Items" were 50% off. So I found clearly marked "holiday" totes, and proceeded to check out. Surprise!: nothing came up as on sale. I then proceeded to customer service, where they told me the one item was on sale however the totes were not,, I waited for a manager. I purchased a washer and dryer this past Tuesday and scheduled delivery today,Thursday. The experience at the store went smoothly and was a pleasant one. I received a call last night from the driver checking the address and then one this morning confirming the time frame of delivery. The driver, James Susser and Mike Devoe, his assistant were prompt, courteous and efficient. They had the machines up and operating quickly and took away the old machines with no fuss. Horrible experience. Lowes does not exist as an option anymore. Bought a stove on Saturday 10/21/17. Paid cash. Was told it would be ready for pick-up Friday 10/27/17. Called to check and was told twice someone would call me back. Went to Lowe's on Saturday 10/28/17 and was told I already had it. Was also told by this man that he called me and left message. I whipped out my cell and told asked him to find his call. He bold faced lied. Demanded my money back went to Green's Appliance in Albany and had my stove the same day. T... read more

I used to love Lowes. They have completely gone downhill. New install company. Ordered and paid for a dishwasher...waited almost 2 weeks for it to get here. Would probably been have been longer if I didn't call over and over. Now, stupidly, we gave them another chance. Purchased a new shower door, almost 3 weeks ago. Still, not installed...and no install date! Countless phone calls...Spoke with management. I am done here. You just lost a very good customer.

This is absolutely ridiculous we were told early in April it would take 2 weeks to get the materials we need for the floors and have them installed. Here we are almost a month later and still nothing. We can't even move into our new house because it's our bedrooms getting redone. Why lie to get business? I would have went with a different company who at least told the truth about it taking 4 weeks. We are getting told the installers are done with work by 4:30 are you serious??
