Me & my husband just left Lowe’s in Covington & I’m very disappointed in your garden center department. We bought 52 bags of soil that weighed 40lbs a piece & no one offered to help my husband load it. We were looking for people everywhere to get help & the ladies in the front acted so annoyed that we needed help. We finally tracked someone down only after my husband loaded more than half of what we bought. WORST service I’ve ever experienced!
Can they improve? They need to follow through with their customer service and delivery - and ANSWER THEIR PHONE CALLS>
