Nice store. Usually well stocked and great customer service. The people working in the garden center in particular are so kind and helpful always... even in this extreme heat we've been having. THANK YOU! We prefer Lowe's over Home Depot. Seems to be a better quality and selection.
My Husband and I went in to buy carpet. And we ended up with a kitchen remodel. The in house designer Lisa went above and beyond to make our home beautiful. The in house assistance Ashley went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth with our remodel. And Will in flooring helped us when we decided to change our flooring at the last minute. This is the 3rd time in about 1 week I've been to Lowes, and cannot find anyone to help. Each time I get frustrated and head to the Home Depot!
I went to Lowe’s at about 9:15 on Easter morning. I was returning 2 plants I purchased last week without my receipt. I requested a store credit and was denied. No where on Lowe’s website does it state I need my receipt for a store credit. The plants were in there original container. Plus the plants had LOWE’S BARCODE On IT plus a LOWE’S sticker.
