I went in to buy a refrigerator because mine was dying. On June 11 I spoke with a man in appliances after I found one I liked. We looked it up and he said there were 2 ready to be put on the truck to be delivered to the store. He said it would be at my home with in 2 weeks and they would call with a delivery time. I asked him 3 times if he was sure it would be within 2 weeks. He said yes which is why I agreed to buy it. 2 weeks later I call the store to find out why I haven't been called to set up a delivery. When I arrived, at about 7:15 pm, after placing my online order at 5:00 pm, I saw there was quite a long line of people at the customer service desk. The employees behind customer service seemed very frantic and really stressed out. I remained calm, and when I was told that my order had not been “picked” yet, I offered to pick all but 1 item - a shower wall surround, because I know it would be too much for me to handle without assistance. I went to the store on June 3 and ordered a new stove. They gave me a delivery date of 6/19/20 between 8a & 8p. Here we sit at 7:21p and I've not heard from anyone regarding our delivery. No emails, phone calls or texts. The phone at the store just rings & rings... You can take my money and give me crappy service and the world just keeps spinning. I was really hoping this time would be different Lowe's. I'll never stop being disappointed in you.

Was ignored by associate while waiting for help, he avoided us like the plague and had to be asked to move out of the way so we could gain access to the item we were trying to buy. He walked by like we weren't standing there while having a conversation with another person about what kind of lights they were going to replace thier current fixtures with. Afterwards he walked pass us like we weren't standing there to help someone else.
Lowe's really need to work on their customer service. I want in for a part and I waited in the plumbing aisle for 20 minutes.. Nobody came to help me after asking for help twice.
