My husband bought fencing materials this past Thursday morning, in the tune of close to $2k. Our contractor picked up some of the materials but had to go back to pickup the rest. Even got a store associate to sign off on the remaining materials that our contractor would be back to pickup before he left (we have the signed paperwork). Customer service is sssoooo bad. I ordered a LG refrigerator & paid cash $2700 & was told it would be delivered 6/27/22 Monday. without telling me they changed it to Tuesdy 6/28/22 between 12-4pm. and NOW again no delivery. when I called the delivery place they said its changed NOW again to July 2nd. no one EVER called me. twice now I emptied refrigerator & freezer. and now again I have to put all stuff back in my old refrigerator. Hands down, the most frustrating shopping experience I've had. If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my grandma to pick out a new washer and dryer. She picked out ones she liked, then asked to put it on her Lowe's credit card. She didn't have the physical card with her and the employees ASSURED her that wouldn't be a problem, they could look it up. RecommendedI came in looking for a specialty item that the website had listed as only one in the store so needless to say, it was like looking for a needle in a haystack. One of the employees, Chris did not stop helping me until the item was actually found which could have been in a multitude of places. He went above and beyond to make sure I found the item. Great guy!
SCAM.....BEWRARE!!! The rebates on washers are not fulfilled. Every excuse there is, never for our 150. rebate

They will take your money for an extended plan.....but they won't lift a finger to honor it. Bought a weed trimmer with 3 yr plan. did not have the paperwork since it was destroyed. Went to return said trimmer....the associate and head cashier said here is a phone number...go call it.
