Customer service I would like to say is horrendous but it’s absolutely non-existent. Even the cashiers are rude. Nightmare renovating my Mother’s home. Had hoped to have her in before Christmas but because of shitty quality products and reorders we got her in today finally. Also, I Ordered myself a washer and dryer with 4 different promised delivery dates and still no washer dryer. Was told I have an install date...except i have nothing for them to install?! Beyond furious.
Went to lowes Holland on Friday 08/25/17 at 8:00am , this employee person Jason was very rude and treated me with a careless attitude. Not very good experience for a customer who was shopping and spending money at the store.
Two years ago we purchased a Husqvarna snow blower from Lowes, we maybe have 15 hours on it and the motor started leaking oil. According to the repair shop it needs a new motor which will cost $500-700. This machine has been taken care of and stored inside. I have talked with customer service and they will not help us at all. Do NOT buy this brand of snow blower, the company does not stand by its product.
So far every time I have shopped at the Holland Lowes I've had great service, friendly service, and they always seem to make it fun wile shopping. I like to grab a floor person to help me find what I'm looking for and the deals of the day and they always are very willing to take the time and walk around with me to find what I'm shopping for that day. Had a deck installed for close to three grand. Installer put in silver screws on the white skirting instead of white headed. Lowes said they don't have white headed stainless screws. So after weeks we hear from contractor telling us that lowes no longer takes installation jobs and it will go through a place in Indiana.
