I had the best service at Lowe's in Holland MI! I had waited last minute to go to Lowe's to get a much-needed item. Service provider Dave went way above and beyond his call of duty to help me out! Once they discovered the item I needed was not in the their store, and considering it was near closing time, Dave called another Lowe's nearby and kindly asked them to take my needed item to customer service. Absolutely terrible service!!! Been waiting for a drill to be fixed for three months!! I have been in 5 times to pick up my drill and every time there is no drill. And after being told my drill should be done in a week, I find out it was never sent out!! The lack of Communication is ridiculous! I will never shop or recommend lowes to anyone!!! Home Depot and Menards from now on!!!!!
Please teach your people how to use a tape measure correctly and how to cut boards to an exact width with the saw. or let me use the saw.
Hope the manager of Holland Mi store is happy that their snippy sales woman cost them a $200.00 sale.
NO STARS.... My experience at lowe's this past week was horrible. couldn't get any help but yet the employees had time to stand around and chit chat amongst themselves. Customers certainly were not their first concern. Needless to say I was very unhappy and won't be going back anytime soon....
We bought a refrigerator today their customer service is great they answer all of our questions and they were a big help in our decision-making
