They're the worst Scumbags. Don't believe it? Just find a member of the management team. Calling corporate doesn't help. Apparently customer service ends when the community is in need. Just one missing officer flyer could have fixed this and it's too late to go back and fix this mistake. It's going to be Ace or Home Depot moving forward.
I have to seriously question the leadership at this location choosing not to support a search for a local missing K-9 unit. To hide behind "corporate policy" is cowardly. Because even if "no posting" was policy (as opposed to "no solicitation" which I think has been clearly vetted this is NOT), did the manager really think "corporate" would provide consequences for posting a flyer about the missing K9? And for HQ to not step in. Poor decisions. Lost business.
There is a police dog missing and they would not let them hang up a flyer. I would give this place no stars but it won't let me. I will never ever shop there again. You are the worst of the worst. What comes around goes around.
I am appalled that your store manager will not allow a flyer to be hung in your store regarding missing K9 officer Falcone! Obviously your manager needs to learn the definition of "solicitation". I hope you are ashamed of yourselves. Home Depot is starting to look really good to me now!
The fact that there is a missing CPPD K9 Officer missing in the vicinity of this Lowe's location and this Lowe's (Highland) won't allow a flyer to be hung at it's location is despicable. You have lost a customer for life. I will spend my money elsewhere!
K9 Officer Falcone went missing from his home on Monday, June 16th. From that point on there have been an incredible amount of police officers, volunteers, and news agencies involved in trying to find him. K9 Officer Falcone was named in honor of Officer John Falcone who was shot & killed in the line of duty in 2011. Lowes is the only business in our town and surrounding towns that has refused to hang a flyer during this desperate search for a missing officer.
