Lowes stores should be boycotted for the horrible way they treated one of our own veterans on Memorial Day Weekend of all days !!! They have changed their policy on their big 10 percent discount to veterans that was not told or made clear until this man who fought for our country was at the register at which time he was question like a dam POW over 2 dollars and change . Looking to take advantage of Nationally available truck rental at Lowes. Wanted to buy a significant amount of materials and use the truck to transport them as well as remove the old material from the site. Highland Lowes prefers I take my business to Home Depot who will happily rent me a truck for the 2 hours I need it. This is a store policy but it has soured me on all Lowes. Their website says nothing about Highland Lowes not renting trucks.
Can't even be bothered to answer the phone. Horrible. Better off travelling to more distant Home Depots
Love this store! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The isles are neat and clean. Everything is easy to find and accessible. If help is needed it is available right away.
We ran into an AWESOME representative in the Garden Center named Annie. She provided terrific service, helped us find a beautiful plant and even showed us how to save money by applying for a credit card. You are very fortunate to have someone who cares this much working for you. Nice job to you and Annie!!!
