I ordered a stove more than 30 days and still waiting sent 4 emails and phoned customer service via the 800-number and after 48 minutes on hold I hung up I still don’t have my stuff and no one will answer my emails and I don’t have all day to sit on the phone as I work all day I wish somebody would message me back or read the Facebook private message I sent so that we could discuss this issue I haven’t had a stove in my house for three months. So upset and I’m getting ready to take further action.
Purchased a bathroom with installation back in July 2018. Contractors that they sent out to do the job were horrible, made many errors with shoddy work. Still waiting for a new tub and shower surround to arrive due to they installed the tub improperly. Also the contractors, Installation Standards, they hired broke my window and I had to pay to replace it. There were 5 people up front 1 register open, which was fine because I walked out. 3 employees up front playing pokemon. I am completely renovating a bathroom needed help had questions, no one in that department. On to Home Depot thanks for no customer service.
While shopping at Lowe’s in Highland I had my faith in humanity restored today. While shopping for the remaining supplies needed to button up C’s Eagle Scout, an elderly gentleman saw we we’re trying to figure out the best way to do things. He offered his input and wisdom to make the project more cost effective and a bit simpler. Manage the store better and hire people that aren't miserable and clueless. You employ the walking dead there! Management sucks.
Just needed some plywood cut. Waited 20 minutes for the lady at the front to find someone due to no one answering the bell by the saw. Then she tells me the guy said he’s “too busy”. it’s a Thursday night at 6pm... there was a total of like 5 people walking around shopping. This was my 3rd bad experience at this store. Will not go here anymore.
