Management's overemphasis on the bottom line comes at the sacrifice of employees and customer service. It's always a struggle to get someone to help you at this place (at every location I've been to). You'll see employees congregating and socializing and entire departments with no personnel presence to assist anyone. Only go here out of absolute necessity... which is sadly the market these big box stores have created.
It's not a good start to fence install when we pick up the order we placed online, get it home, unload 80lb bags of concrete and all the posts only to realize they swapped the number of line and terminal posts and gave us all the wrong type of concrete. Loaded it all back up and returned to Lowe's only to realize that the 9 posts I need swapped aren't in the right spot and they need to get a forklift to get them down. Umm.. over 7 Days to wait for delivery of a product purchased in the store??? I can only say... I told my husband to go to Best Buy... he didn’t listen... enjoy the last purchase you’ll get from us, it WONT happen again
Hello, I really like Lowes because of their pricing, quality, products, etc. but the commercials are sooo wrong. The commercials show great cust service and employees flock to you to help and that is so NOT the case at the Raleigh NC Capital blvd store!!! I went there this morning at 10am and two of the employees at the return desk acted like they didnt want to be bothered. Geezz the store just opened at 8am and all ready in a bad mood. George and Doug in the paint department are amazing. They go out of their way to help and are always very friendly. They’re the reason I buy my paint from Lowe’s.
