Don't ever buy Genie garage door openers from here. I'm not sure why they're still selling them. I have been on the phone with the manufacturer and the installation personnel for over 3hrs and still nothing.

I purchased 4-5 Gal bottles of water today. I knew I was going to have some problems loading the water until a young man ( Brandon if I remember correctly) came out of the store and loaded it in for me. It pleases this old Army gal to know that chivalry is still alive and well here in Raleigh.
I was looking for a table with an attached lamp and your website said there was ONE left at the N. Raleigh Lowes. I was there an hour later and sure enough, there was one left (which I bought). I checked your website an hour after getting home and it had already been updated to say "Out of Stock" for that item. Kudos on such timeliness and accuracy with your website.
Abe at the Capital Blvd store in Raleigh NC went above and beyond to help me purchase 2 ac units. He pulled them off a high shelf, helped me pick out what size I needed, loaded them into my cart and then into my car. The whole time with a smile on his face even though it was an extremely HOT day. Such great customer service I will be a customer for life.
Horrible customer service. Lumber department was incredibly rube. Older gentlemen just walked away and never came back when I asked for help.
We bought my 95 year old father-in-law a washer dryer set on Saturday. Delivery was offered on July 3. After several conversations, delivery was finally scheduled for June 19. Well, needless to say that didn't happen. The delivery department claimed the delivery was scheduled for July 19. No attempt to honor their commitment for today. Finally agreed to deliver tomorrow June 20. Never been so disappointed in Lowe's
We had been shopping at 2 other places before we came here. Could not get help or they didn't know what they had. Gary answered questions, loaded our a/c and away we went. Thanks!!
The Raleigh area recently got a lot of snow. The parking lot was cleared but the areas in front of the entrance and exit was covered in a slushy, icy mess. It was so slippery and dangerous. I made a few jokes to employees about it: "Do they make you sign a release before you go get shopping carts?" "Do y'all have some snow shoes to help me get back to my car?" No one seemed concerned about safety. So negligent! They sell ALL the stuff to clear it inside the store!
