bad customer service. took over an hour to get help. spent 800$ on a range, came back for a saw and got the runaround for help. will not be back
So far a bad experience with the Lowe's on Capital Boulevard in Raleigh. We ordered a pallet of paver stones, which were said to be in stock, on May 17th. This is for a pretty good sized project that we need to schedule in advance. We later received a confirmation with a delivery date set for May 26th and planned accordingly. The shipping status changed to "preparing for delivery" on May 26th, and they gave us a window of 8am to 8pm. However, they never called for an appointment and never showed up. Get your act together on orders to be picked up. You completely and utterly failed on this! I wasted hours and wound up with NOTHING. After a week's wait.
Excellent customer service from informed and helpful staff person Anderson Claypool.
Worse service I have received. A basic microwave install has taken 10 phone calls and many days to simple schedule the service. Seems they are very under staffed.
I wanted some Top Soil and ask about patio tables that may be on sale...guess not! The salesperson didn’t want to answer questions or look up the soil I wanted to purchase! After making my complaint to the manager with no resolution/no offer to assist me, I left. Some people don’t need to manage others when they don’t know how to assess the situation and accommodate the customer. Last time I’m visiting this Lowe’s!
