My husband and I went to Lowes and had a one item purchase. There was only 2 checkouts with at least 5 people in each line. We were right by the customer service desk and there was 2 staff members there and there was no one there asking for assistance. We asked the lady if we could pay for our item there and she said no they were not allowed to and that they were customer service. Talk about an oxymoron. Complete incompetence......AN ITEM IS EITHER THERE OR ITS NOT.
Stay away on Sunday, ridiculous really for home-improvement store, but they short-staffed cashiers so it takes forever to get out of there!
Diaz was so wonderful and helpful! He really went above and beyond to help me! I'm so very thankful for him! Thanks again, man!
