Delivery service is horrible! I bought a refrigerator from this Lowe’s. First order was cancelled without me being told. I had to come to store because I couldn’t get in touch with anyone over phone. I dealt with a manager, bought the same refrigerator. It was not delivered on 8/21 when promised. No calls. I called, they promised me first thing 8/22. Nothing. Delivery service is horrible, call 919-510-9667, press 3 then 3 for delivery department. You’ll see no one ever answers. Do not get appliances from this store!
Just got home to find yet another used product from Lowe’s taped back up into the box. You guys can’t keep selling used stuff as new. It’s dishonest and it is terrible business practice to lie to customers every time they buy. I have a “brand new” saw with about a pound of sawdust in the box. If you are going to sell me used equipment you should at least tell me it’s used, and it’d be better if it was half off.

Their customer service sucks. Their sale signs of always incorrect and even though what item says it’s on sale they were refuse to give you the sale price they are corrupt bait and switch pricing
Terrible online ordering experience. I ordered multiple items online for a project I was working on. The reason I did this is because it takes a long time to find things in store. My order was promised to be fulfilled that same day and I intended to pick up the items on my way home from work. After four hours of not receiving confirmation that the order was ready, I called the store.
