Yesterday I made the mistake of going to the Apex Lowe's. Wasted a hour before I had to leave for work. NEXT TIME I WILL GO TO HOME DEPOT.
John in the paint department is awesome. I asked him to get me what I needed to finish a railing and he knew exactly what type of paint and satin sheen. Looks awesome.
Just so you know I am standing in Home Depot getting my lock rekeyed because your employee told us we would to wait 30 minutes until another employee arrived. This is after we waited 10 minutes for him to arrive. When I asked why it was OK for me to wait but not OK for others to wait he just said because that's how it is. So now I will spend all my money at anywhere but your location. Thanks for nothing. Home depot did it without a blink.
I had cash in hand ready to buy a washer and dryer and none of your employees could be bothered to help me. Stood there for 20 minutes waiting for assistance while three of your people stood there having a personal conversation! Obviously management doesnt manage and they dont need customers
This store has the worst delivery guys. First they broke my washer pan and dented my brand new washer. Then they replaced both but didn't drill a hole in the pan where the water is supposed to drain. The delivery guy was so rude that he didn't even bother to wait and answer my question. His name was Bruce. You guys are the worst and I will never ever order anything from you.
I will never buy another thing from this store (Apex, NC) that requires installation. I order two new windows for my bathroom in August 2016. The windows arrived at the store a month later. No one called us, we called them to inquire. It took another 4 weeks to get someone out to install them, then we find out they ordered the wrong window. We are still waiting to get the correct window installed. It has been sitting in their warehouse for a week.
