Ordered a freezer the end of June and took SEVERAL weeks to get it delivered. Ordered a dishwasher that has actually come in to the store and by the time it is installed will have sat in their warehouse for THREE weeks! Not impressed AT ALL with their delivery. Consider other options in the future!
So far so good, Ceiling fan about 5 years ago, new dishwasher about 6 months ago, light fixture in the kitchen about 9 months ago, new stove yesterday. Love this place! The people that I have spoken with are super knowledgeable and very nice!

This isn't really a review but a statement or a request. I bought a Kobalt 40watt rechargeable mower back in October when we moved into our new home. The previous owners had been gone a while and between their dogs and the heat the grass was about gone. The Kobalt worked well with hardly no grass but now that I have planted the thickness and inconsistency in growth results in the mower tearing the grass and me having to mow each row three times. Scam Alert: Kobalt trimmer head melted. Bring back tonight w. receipt to Apex location. Store says 30 day warranty. Box & their web-page says 5 year warranty. When I pointed out the 5 year warranty on box the manager said "That is manufacturers warranty, ours is 30 days". Personally disappointed in Lowes, this store and Kobalt.
This delivery service is full of bull. They were supposed to deliver a refrigerator to my house this morning but didnt have the customer service sense to call me. They left a note on my door. Where is good customer service when you really need it???
Just curious why you bother to have departments if you don't bother staffing them? Needed some info on a vanity top tonight. Went to Fashion Plumbing and hit the button. Nothing. Called the store from my cell and waited another 5 minutes (15 minutes in total). Finally left without ever getting any help.
