Terrible experience getting our flooring. The quote was wrong several times even after in person visits. Things kept getting left off or put in incorrectly by the employee. Washing machine was broken after they moved it during install and was told they wouldn't fix it because we can't prove it worked before the install.

Always a great experience here at this Lowe’s! Friendly staff (mostly) and usually have what I came to get. Saved $100 on a dishwasher buying it on Black Friday.
on a whole it's a good place to go but there is guy in the hardware dept who is a condescending know it all, wouldn't let me talk and I ended up going home with the wrong hardware because of him, beware
Cashier was rude. I went in for a propane refill. When I asked questions, instead of looking me in the eye, and answering me, she just kept looking at a coworker, in other station, and assumed I was hearing and understanding their proprietary conversation. No have a nice day. No farewell at all. I realize people have their issues...but you asked.

I brought a piece with me and asked a worker if he knew if they were the right size so I could replace it. He assured me confidently that this was the correct item and size to replace it. Well when I got home, sure enough the hose didn’t fit on my toilet. I brought the piece to replace with me to avoid all of this. Not easy running back to the store when you’re a busy mom☹️ not to mention, the item marked at 4 and change rang up at almost $7
Horrible horrible company and store all together ordered stuff end of November got delivered finally today when it was supposed to be delivered 12/12 my husband and I took time to be home no one contacted us to let us know they weren’t coming not that the stuff wasn’t even available!! We called and had to find out ourselves. Now we got the stuff and they didn’t take the old stuff even though I payed for haul away! They call and make up excuses and hang up on the customer.
