Came in to pick up a pre-order and purchase a few other things. Got greeted in customer service by "Marlena" with "what do you want?" and nothing but RBF(resting bitch face) .... I had hired Lowes to remodeling my whole kitchen ,for the passed three months they not even done yet .I am sick with Lowe's the job is very lousy ,I need help !!!!!
Had no problem buying a refrigerator, but have been waiting 9 1/2 weeks for delivery. XPO Last Mile can't find their way to my house. Lowe's should find a new delivery service.
It's a hit and miss on customer service . It's like rolling the dice on getting people to help you wether its flooring . Or lawn and garden Just spent a large amount of money on a bathroom . And run into a few issues . And they a r e not that great on helping fix those issues
