Absolutely horrendous customer service. I bought and paid in full a dryer and was told delivery would be on 8/31/20 and then a day before salesman left a message stating issue with dryer and didn’t want to send that one to me that I would get it delivered the following Saturday 9/5. I called to get the time of delivery and they said the dryer ain’t in!!!! Now I’m really ticked off. I have two friends who had the same issue the last couple of weeks. I’m getting the round about. Great customer service. Called to locate an item (Queen Mattress) and Bob O. in appliances said he'd look for it and call me back in 5 minutes. In exactly 5 minutes the phone rang and he still had some searching to do but said he wanted to respond as promised. In another few minutes he called again and had located the item and by the time I reached the store it was waiting at the service desk. It’s 1/2 a mile from my house otherwise I’d be at Home Depot or at the Bridgewater lowes. Rarely is anything in the aisle the lowes app says it is.
Front end manager is the best. His customer service skills super exceeded my expectations. I'm pretty certain his name is Mark. Thanks for a friendly welcoming experience.
