Lowe's has frozen $250 in my checking account thru incompetence. They insist it is my bank's fault but no bank can change a vendor transaction. The bank has never received a declined or cancelled notice from Lowe's. This store management has zero clue about customer service. They either don't know store policies or are either so vested in male-privilege they can not listen to a woman.

We are remodeling and have money to spend but you guys just lost our business as the retail workers you have working in the flooring area are highly rude and clearly didn't seem to want our business. My husband went up to two women standing in the aisle talking and very politely said he had a question about some flooring to which she acted as if he just ruined her whole day and we were told okay sir as soon as we are done with another customer and have time we will come find you, she said it very rudely to which I replied ok... read more
