Ms. Darnice in the paint department is a gem! We had gone for paint twice over the last few days. Over the weekend it was busier and she was still super sweet and helpful. We went again on Tuesday evening and we were the only customers at the counter so she took time to talk to my girls and show them the whole paint mixing process! She was so patient and kind!
Lowes installed 20 now leaking hurricane windows over 5 months ago. Installers admit that they sealed windows to the vinyl siding instead of the underlying waterproofing layer but LOWES still investigating while my house gets damaged with every rain. https://youtu.be/kBGkQlZUELE Below shows my house with plastic flapping in the wind. We arrived at 7:52 on Sunday to be greeted by a rude man saying we closing soon what y’all need??? Really, I’ll gladly give any other store my money going forward.
I would not recommend buying appliances/hot water heaters I purchased a hot water heater on March 16,2019 purchased a 5 year extended warranty water heater not working under the warranty agreement my installer has to change parts Lowe’s will not exchange it so heating elements have been removed and I am beside myself looking at the used delapitaded element that was in there I am lucky my house did not burn down
