I went looking for help replacing my window shutters however no one came to help after several attempts by customer service to get someone to the area. I walked over to area to see if someone was available but no luck. I go back to the service desk and she did wax apologize. The store wasn’t busy. Terrible service
Terrible organizational skills, even worse customer service, and a manager with a laissez faire attitude to boot! Stick to Home Depot so you can get back to work on schedule.
I had bought a portable Ac unit of which it wasn’t cheap only had it 3 months and something went wrong so I wanted to exchange it with a receipt and they wouldn’t do it cause it was over 30 days I will not shop there again.
Made we wait for hours while they tried to find a countertop I ordered and was told it was in. I had to keep going to counter and asking if anybody is even looking for it. This happens every time we order stuff from Lowes. Countertop, bathtub, shower surround, light switch covers, toilet, just in the last 3-months and same thing every single time. This was the last time. We are done with Lowes. ☹️
I ordered a washer and two days before I was supposed to have it delivered they informed me that they accidentally over sold my washer. They told me they would deliver me a different one on Friday or Saturday. I call to check up on what date they were coming and I was told I wouldn’t have it until Tuesday because they had too many things to deliver that day. I am sharing for my cousin because she probably will not. Since everyone else rants let me do my first one...... Lowe’s will not get any of my business EVER again. RecommendedGot there 5 minutes to closing, had trouble with my bank card. Bank put a fraud check now who would order an umbrella style clothes line to go with a new washing machine? Now that is suspicious. But was able to straighten with some quick calls. Lowe’s customer service was patient and courteous and got my appliance loaded staying a little over so I didn’t make the hour drive for nothing. Thanks Lowe’s
I love Lowe’s and am a frequent shopper but I do have to say that your self checkout system is one of the most annoying systems I’ve ever encountered. It never fails that I will need assistance from an employee at a minimum 2 times. It’s ridiculous! Please either upgrade your system or hire more cashiers. Customers should not leave your store with elevated blood pressure!
