Recently had the worst customer service experience of my life here. Went to return an item bought on my credit card ($17.48) but my card was recently cancelled due to fraudulent charges. The Associate would not take back the item and turned hostile and nasty like I was some sort of criminal. Has this situation never happened before in America? I think not. I had preferred this chain but they just lost a customer. Hello Home Depot.
