You really can't make this stuff up! Placed an order for 20 bags of mulch - same day delivery (delivery cost $69.00). - Order not delivered on Wednesday - Rescheduled for Thursday - Order not delivered on Thursday. - Had to cancel landscapers. - Called store. Super rude all around. Waited for 15 min at the dewalt tools section for someone to answer the help button with the alert sounding overhead. The guy came and treated me like a criminal and wouldn’t show me where the sanding pads are he just pointed. Then I get to the counter and the lady asked if I wanted a bag and I said yes because I had a few things but she handed me the bag to bag mg own stuff. Then skipped the email receipt and said she couldn’t go back and send it.
