Customer service is not good. The store management does not set up the front end/cashiers for success. They consistently set them up for failure and leave them hanging.
Put an online order with store pick up at the north seattle LOWE'S store this morning at 10:21am, and their web site shown there 13 items avaible at the store. Now it's 4:42pm, my order still no ready for pick up; does LOWE's store stops process online order for store pick up?
