I can't believe that I can't return a Christmas gift!!! Seriously??!! Not even a store credit. Even with a gift receipt I can't return anything. I will NEVER shop here again!
Ordered an item for pickup that was supposed to be in stock. Get a message that they don’t have it and redirect the order to store a ways away. Call three times to try and cancel and just get rerouted to a busy single by people that apparently have no idea what they are doing. Buying stuff online from them is a crapshoot and poor customer service
I ordered two storm doors and a back door, it's now been two and a half months I just called again and now they tell me it's going to be another f****** month.They have already taken my money so I guess I'm just screwed and have to wait for them..
