Last week, I purchased a grill for pickup and free assembly. The email said someone would call when it was ready. Since I didn't hear anything, I called on Wed. to see when it would be ready. They said they had one person to assemble things and he only works on Mondays. They assured me that it would be assembled this coming Monday. Today, I get an email that my order was cancelled. I love this place but I really need to make a comment about their mask enforcement—it sucks. I just came from there, and there were customers all over the store with masks hanging below their noses. Employees walked past them and didn’t say a word to correct them. I’ll think twice before I have to go there again for sure.
Horrible customer service! I waited forty minutes for someone to help me load a new Washing machine into my vehicle. The day before I called and talked to some moron named Joe who was getting upset with me because I asked him if I could pick up my washer instead of waiting 3 weeks to have it delivered. He said he would call me back in 15 and then when I called an hour later he got mad a said didn’t I tell you I’d call you? ordered for store pickup over a week ago, my app says it's all arrived at the store but I have no email and have been trying to call for the past 2hrs with no answer! the last time we did store pickup we cancelled it at the store and just got it all there.... come on... we are trying to protect you! answer the phone!!!!!!
Very frustrated with north Seattle store. Ordered online for pick up and haven’t received any information about my order status. Try. Along the store and no one will answer the phone. Would have just done delivery if I had know it would be this much of a hassle.
management doesn't care about poor service or selling damaged goods. there's a lot of guys hanging around doing nothing yet are put out when you ask for help. poor management and customer service.
Have never had a speedy trip to Lowe's if the purchase wasn't an item I pulled off the shelf. Currently going on 25 minutes waiting for my online order to be brought up which is after the 20 minutes waiting in the customer service line.
