The Medford, Oregon store may have decent price/products but horrible sales. People don't know the products (How is this refrigerator different from that one) and they rarely answer the phone when you call in for more info. I called four times today and let the phone ring 36 times on one call. No answer. All customer service can do is reconnect to the appliance department. No help at all. Went to the Medford location in Oregon. It was very busy on a Saturday. Every staff member we spoke to knew Aisle numbers to find items, or helped us to find what was on our list. We are doing bath remodels and had specific item numbers and we found most everything or were helped in finding everything. Some prices came up wrong in register, they made it right, and when two items were charged wrong price and we had to go to customer service those guys went above and beyond to make it right. wish competitors would take a page ... read more
I was very disappointed in the customer service. Extremely rude emoloyees can't be bothered from their personal business to help customers. Very dissatisfied with the overall experience.
What a sh!t show. 45 minutes to get a gallon of paint and only one person checking people out. Heading to Home Depot from now on.
VERY disappointed with LOWES!! I purchased a new washer/dryer set from the Medford Lowes over a week ago and have still not been contacted by them to schedule a delivery date. They advertise Next Day delivery Guaranteed. I called the store today and was transferred 7 TIMES! The ASM there told me that I could load my old washer up and bring it to the store to drop it off if I wanted to come and pick up the new set.... Uh No! Bought a Whirlpool hot water heater. Turns out to be bad from stock. Lowe's wouldn't stand behind there product. We had purchased the product less than 24 hours prior. Only help came from Whirlpool. Four phone calls over a hour on the phone. Had to get a return authorization number. Lowe's sucks. Fred the manager is a asshole. - stars on this review
Customer service is poor. It's better to just find what you need on your own. The employees don't seem to want to help you, rather they woulf prefer to avoid you
