My family has had a horrible, demeaning experience with how the Medford, Oregon store responds to Veterans when using or attempting to use the veterans discount. this happened on multiple occasions. Sometimes they honor it. most of the time they don't. All the time the customer experience at this store has been bad for us.
I guess customer service is essencially dead.. I found what I needed I guess but the guys in the back couldn't be bothered to help me load or take cart back.. My bone on bone knees thank you... Merry Christmas.
After spending thousands of dollars on a renovation, I returned unused materials and received a "Store Credit" for the balance. Upon trying to redeem it today (months later), while spending another $405, I was told that I couldn't, because my driver's license number didn't match the one assigned to the card. I drove 30 miles, past my local hardware store and Home Depot, to use this card, but thanks to Lowe's, it looks like I'm stuck with it. #neveragain #HomeDepotNow
They are friendly, have great prices & they give ALL Veterans discounts not just active or injured vets like HD👍🏼 We stopped shopping at HD for that exact & only reason!
Horrible experience. Misleading sales -sign had Buy One, Get One 50% off for Paint. So I bought six gallons. And paint supplies. Paint attendant said yes that is a sale. Went to check out and receive news that it was actually a mail-in rebate- really?? And the cashier did not know what that meant or how it occurs so had to wait again for manager to explain it. Really should have gone to another retailer for my paint. Disappointing.
Price match guarantee...think not. Went in looking for a Grill. They had one on the floor and another still in the box. When I asked for the price match they were miraculously "out of stock." Let them know they had one on the floor and left. Will spend my money elsewhere.
Awesome company one of my best friends house was rebuilt after their family home burnt down and they gave huge discount on plants so they could make their home their home again!
