Went in looking for a guide for show door. Went to plumbing/ bath section. Asked employee where I could find guide. He said if we have it will be on isle 43 in hardware. Then turned and walked away. I went to isle 43 and asked another employee where the guides were he said down isle on right. Then walked away. Needless to say lowes customer service is false advertisment.
I generally don't shop here because of past experiences that were always uncomfortable. HOWEVER, one of the store managers, Brian, saved the day. Really looking out for the customer, above and beyond. Thanks, Brian!
I found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant.
Looking at buying a riding lawn mower. Jenn was great. I noticed the Lowes web site was 100.00 cheaper than store price on a Huskavarna. Jenn matched the price plus 10% more off of that. Ended up paying only 40.00 more than a Troybuilt.
Been here 3 times. Every time the people working were very rude and didn't try to help me. The lady near the front where the screws and bolts are was a total bitch, acted like she was the smartest lady on the planet and was 0 help on what I needed. Someone needs to have a meeting with the staff and teach them not to be so pretentious and teach them how to treat customers with at least a little dignity.
In Texas I shopped Lowe's ALL the time. But I was getting ready to walk out the store, with items in the cart, because of absolutely no Customer service. Scott that worked in hardware/tools tried to assist. But they. No longer had what I needed. As I walked looking for a specific big $ item. He hunted me down with the item I was looking for in the tool department. ONLY because of him I may come back. I will for tools but your Veteran discount is not enough to be ignored. ��
Lisa and Launa that work receiving are fantastic. I'm a truck driver and know all is good when I see them. They both are not paid enough in my opinion.
We had the best salesman EVER - his name is Chet and he went above and beyond his job to get a Christmas display Deercraft Carrier down from up on the highest rack! Way to go Chet! You made our whole Holiday season!
