I like shopping at Lowes however this year we tried something different and spent over 7000.00 for flooring. My tile is already cracking as is the grout and I cant seem to get anyone out here for warranty. I also questioned some of the additional charges and I keep getting the run around and promised return calls which doesnt happen. They sure were ready to take my money though. I doubt I will use there install departments again.
Highly disappointed... Spent over 8k for a new kitchen ( that's not counting all the money we spent to redo our bathrooms)...special order cabinets took 2 weeks longer than quoted, and once they came in they don't even all match. Trim piece and sliding shelves were missing and we were told it would take another 6 weeks. Then our countertops came in cut completely wrong. We sent them back to continually be told they would be here soon, which I still haven't received them. From now on it looks like I will be spending my money ... read more
