Was just in Lowe's purchased ceiling lights which were on clearance. They rung up regular price so the cashier called someone in that department. He came up and scanned same product stated 19...I informed him they were on clearance and I had taken a picture of said produce. This man is going to state I'm not hear to argue that came from no where out loud...very poor customer service. I never raised my voice just showed them the picture I took.
My husband bout a freezer on Monday online and picked it up. There was a small hole in the box and he didn't think anything of it and brought it home. When he unpacked it he found a large dent which we could live with except the door wouldn't close at the bottom. He went by Lowes on Tuesday morning, showed a manager pictures and the manager scheduled delivery of a new freezer and for $20 would take the old one from our basement, along with their broken freezer for Friday morning. Poor poor poor poor customer service. Left on hold for ten minutes to change deliver date. Still never happen
I think when you buy a new gas barbecue grill from the place it should, all intact and not with a bent wheel shaft that’s what I think
Thank you for taking care of the problem and refunding my money. It should not have taken this much time or effort. I would still like to tell everyone to avoid jersey county fence and deck. Unless you want your fence or deck to fall down after 6 weeks. They were the problem not lowes.
No one around to help...took 20 mins to find what needed. Employees in a corner laughing and saying dirty jokes...Belleville location much better
