I just spent 20 minutes looking for an adhesive for a small project. There are no signs directing you to anything remotely resembling adhesives and all of the employees are too engrossed in stocking shelves or talking to each other to be helpful. I walked up and down each isle until I found the adhesives on an isle marked "paint". Unfortunatley by the time I found them, I was extremely frustrated and left without making a purchase. Not what I would call a service friendly store. Maybe next time.

I was contacted prior to a scheduled delivery that the stove I had ordered was not in stock and they had never had it to begin with. I was not happy to say the least but after talking with the store manager, Bryan, the situation was being taken care of. He went out of his way to find the stove that we had ordered and went in his own vehicle to pick it up and deliver the same day. Thank you for going the extra mile in a bad situation and making it right.

Bought 6 appliances. Sales people were very nice. I like the appliances. Delivery and install was a NIGHTMARE! The whole delivery/install story lasted an entire month with 2 dented appliances, one discontinued appliance which was subbed without our knowledge, improper delivery supplies, unlevel fridge doors, 3 no show dates for install and adjustments.........I never thought it would be such a mess.

Dont even think about using their fence installation services. Absolute nightmare. The subcontracted crew was a joke and shoddy poor work that ended up looking like they had never installed a fence before. I would have installed it myself if I wanted it looking like crap. Additonally, when trying to fix all the problems therafter they are such a disorganized mess there is no communication between the store, subcontractors and homeowners. not a happy customer , I will start doing my business elsewhere. I bought a refrigerator from there that cost over 1500.00 and not even a yr old had 4 service calls and now its out again. I called fridgidaire they will not give me a new one for this piece of crap and lowes says they are not responsible when clearly its under warranty. so since either one will step up to claim the responsibility I will take it to the next step by calling our local news station in St.louis that does reports on this stuff and gives it plenty of... read more

I frequently shop the Lowe's Store in Fairview heights il. Sunday morning while in the store I was approached by a woman & accused of trying to steal items & return them for money due to a drug problem. I brought this up to the manager who said she didn't even know who this woman was. I don't know if they just have random ppl off the streets harassing customers or what but I put my items back & will not be shopping in this store again.
