We ordered a simple washing machine. Delivery was supposed to be next day, then it turned into 5 days. They called to confirm delivery from 12pm to 4pm. Driver said they would be at our house most likely between noon and 2pm. No one showed AT ALL! I called about 4:15 and then was told that the EVENING driver didn't show up. (Not sure why that matters since my washer was supposed to be delivered in the afternoon). Now they don't know when it will be delivered. They can not even guarantee tomorrow or the next day. Don't ever get your bathroom remodeled Lowe's. Jonathon doesn't know how to do his job. Everything we ordered wasnt right. Workers can't measure and do there work right. They don't take responsibility for there mistakes. So many problems. Please do not use them!!!
We just want to give a shout out to Josh Burr. We purchased a new front door/storm door and looked around several different home improvement stores first. We came back to Arnold because Josh was by far the most helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for taking the extra step in making our door purchase more delightful.

The staff was very helpful! I knew what I needed but did not know where it was located. I stopped at the register and she looked up the information and directed me to the appropriate aisle. I also purchased additional items I had not planned on to start a home project. The staff was very helpful!
Girl Scout Troop 2033 had the most wonderful experience shopping for their Silver Award project materials tonight. Everyone was very helpful at showing us where items where and what materials would work best for the projects we are installing at Helping Hands & Horses. Donya, the stores' assistant manager or manager topped the night off with her generosity upon checkout. We can't thank her enough and appreciate Lowe's being a part of the Arnold community!
We purchased a washer from Lowes on line at 7 pm on a Sat night. It was delivered to our house (during a snow storm) by Sunday morning at 8 am! This was after we had waited a week for a washer to be delivered by Home Depot. They kept changing our delivery day and after a week we chose to cancel and order from Lowes.
Was expecting my stove today - got a call yesterday saying it would be here today - 1st delivery - be ready at 7:30am - by 8am my husband had to call them to see where were they? They tell us that it's not in and won't arrive until Wednesday. Then why were we told on the 27th of November it would be here on December 5th. And why did you call to verify this on the 4th and WHY did no one bother to call us to say it wasn't coming. We had to call you! And then you offer me the floor display!? Really!
