Wow! Outstanding customer service today from manager Yvonne at the Arnold, MO Lowe's location! She helped remedy a situation we had with an appliance, and we are most grateful for her quick response and assistance.
we went to the Aronld Trunk and Treat the kids loved it, was s long line anf wait but it was worth them getting positive and safe halloween candy.
Went to JCP to get a over the range microwave and did not know that all microwaves have to be delivered ($89.00) . So I went to Lowes to get the same microwave and they price matched it to JCP for $161.00 and they had it in stock and the lady ( dark hair) at customer service was very helpful sorry I didn't get her name .
No one to help, no one at registers, one person on break and nobody can help.
My wife went out today to pick up tape, joint compound, and some lumber while I was at work. She is 8 months pregnant. They instructed her to pull her car up after paying but nobody helped her load anything including the compound which is about 50lbs. Pathetic service and extremely unprofessional. You go to work so do your job!
Ordered a refrigerator in white. Comes to delivery date and they call at 8am and state it never shipped. What is more wrong with this picture when my wife ordered it they stated it is on stock and you can have it the weekend before. We could not due to going out of town. Yet that day would have been a wash too. There so called calling to let you know when delivery will happen..yeah right..my wife called EVERY time... they are not even trying to make it right....well they say we will get this refrigerator tomorrow.
