It’s very frustrating that they offer the curbside pick up option but when someone is on lunch, they won’t bring the items out. Sat on the phone for 10 minutes for them not to answer so I had to go in. I was informed that the curbside employee was on lunch so they can’t bring items out. This is the second time this has happened in the last week.
Need a stove ASAP, due too flooded house, and when we went to Lowe's, not only did they not have 1 electric stove we could take home with us, the person who we asked for help was so rude!!! emergencies happen and when you can't get a stove at your local home store, that is a problem!!!
Please help your new teammates. When you see them struggling to complete a transaction don’t walk away like it’s not your problem. Your customers literally pay your paychecks. That’s how this whole retail thing works. Not a single older adult was willing to help their new guy until I got loud. A huge shoutout to Kaylee for being the only person to willingly step up. @Lowes installed 20 new windows for me in December of 2018 and all 20 have been leaking buckets of water since the installation. Installers admit to sealing windows to vinyl siding (not underlying waterproofing layer) but Lowes still not admitting culpability. What a nightmare. Don in outdoors(pavers rock etc) should be commended. He made sure I had what I needed, helped me load it the best way and made a cumbersome transaction easy. (50 pavers and 25 bags of rock-not full pallets so it had to be loaded by hand. )To their credit, michael and pat came over and made sure don was good and then they helped load. Bought a Price Pfister kitchen faucet a few years ago, and the head on it broke. I went by this location looking for a replacement after seeing them online for $80. I was told they didn’t sell them anymore, but I could contact Price Pfister and they would replace for free!!! I did contact them and 3 days later...free fixed faucet!!!! Thank you sooo much!!!
